Introduced the featured lecturers: Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Cappy, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas President Judge Massiah-Jackson, and Philadelphia Municipal Court President Judge Presenza. Moderated the panel discussion involving Chief Justice Cappy and President Judges Massiah-Jackson and Presenza, as well as all of the Administrative and Supervisory Judges from Pennsylvania's First Judicial District.
