Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Annual Training Seminar (Philadelphia, PA)
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that he will be a moderator and coordinator of a panel discussion offered during a two-day seminar entitled “Criminal Litigation for the Experienced.” The course will involve the discussion and analysis of recent developments in federal sentencing practice and procedure. Panelists include a U.S. District Court Judge, Chief Supervisor of the Probation Office, and Chief of the Criminal Division of the Office of the U.S. Attorney. The course is one of two keynote offerings for the seminar.

Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that he has been invited by the Director of the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, Washington, D.C., to open a three-day national seminar as the keynote speaker. The training seminar is entitled “Winning Strategies."

Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce his election to the Board of
Directors of the Union Fire Association in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. The UFA
is a vital member of the Bala Cynwyd and Merion communities, protecting residents
in times of need, as well as providing community outreach to families and children
during celebratory times such as the Fourth of July holiday. Mr. Lindy is a civic
leader in Bala Cynwyd having just finished a two-year term as President of the
Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd, the area’s oldest civic association.

Parliamentarian to the Phila. Bar Association's Board of Governors
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that Philadelphia Bar Association
Chancellor Andrew S. Chirls, Esquire, has appointed him to serve as Parliamentarian
to the Association's Board of Governors for 2005. The Parliamentarian serves
the Board at the pleasure of the Chancellor and advises Bar Association leadership
on matters of protocol, Roberts Rules of Order, and the conduct of Association
meetings.

Philadelphia Bar Association Survey Committee
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that Philadelphia Bar Association
Chancellor Andrew S. Chirls, Esquire, has appointed him to serve on the Survey
Committee. The Bar Association conducts a comprehensive survey every five years.
The survey assists the Association’s leadership in formulating policies
and pursuing initiatives important to its 14,000 members. The next survey conducted
by the Bar Association will take place this year.
