Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, a resident of Lower Merion, Montgomery
County, with law offices in Philadelphia, has been elected
Vice President of Bala Cynwyd's civic association, "The Neighborhood
Club of Bala Cynwyd." Mr. Lindy was Secretary of the civic
association in 2001. The Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd,
one of the oldest civic associations in the Delaware Valley,
regularly monitors commercial development, zoning, safety
and security issues, and is a frequent presence at County
and Township hearings and meetings.

Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, a sole practitioner in Philadelphia,
has been elected to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Board of
Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association for 2001, and
will become the Chair of the Board in 2002. Mr. Lindy was
elected to lead the Board at the Association's annual retreat
this past January 13, 2001. He has been an elected member
of the Association's Board of Governors since 2000, and recently
served as a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Election Reform.
Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of
the Public Interest Section, serves as co-chair of the Membership
Committee, and has, in the past, chaired the Civil Rights
Committee and been a member of the Nominating Committee.
