Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, has been elected to serve as Vice-Chair of the Criminal Law Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Pennsylvania Chapter. Mr. Lindy has been an officer of the Committee for several years and concentrates his practice in federal criminal defense and commercial litigation. Mr. Lindy is a former federal prosecutor with the Philadelphia U.S. Attorney's Office.

Additionally, Mr. Lindy was recently a guest on the CN8 television talk show "It's Your Call," hosted by Lynn Doyle. The program, which airs on channel CN8 of the Comcast and Greater Media networks, has a viewing audience of over 1.8 million people. Mr. Lindy and guests discussed the infamous Marie Noe case.

November 1999
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, delivered remarks on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association at the Naturalization Ceremony which was held on November 17, 1999, in the Ceremonial Courtroom of the United States District Court, 6th & Market Sts., Philadelphia. Approximately 101 new citizens from 29 different countries became naturalized at that time. Mr. Lindy's remarks focused on the historical significance of that event for the new citizens, and the fact that his family is of immigrant background. Judge Franklin S. Van Antwerpen (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania) presided over the Ceremony.
