Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, was elected Vice-Chair of the Federal
Bar Association, Criminal Law Committee (Philadelphia Chapter),
at the Committee's Annual Meeting on June 26, 1997. During
1996-1997, Mr. Lindy was the Treasurer of that organization.
Mr. Lindy is a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, concentrating
in criminal defense, commercial litigation and civil rights
matters. He is also on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia
Bar Association and the Executive Committee of the Bar's Public
Interest Section.

Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, was a panelist and a featured speaker
at the National Business Institute Conference's Fraud Seminar
conducted in Philadelphia on June 25, 1997. Business executives
and CEO's from around the nation attended this educational
seminar in order to learn about the investigation, prosecution
and defense of economic crimes committed within the work place.
Mr. Lindy is a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, concentrating
in criminal defense and commercial litigation. He is a former
federal prosecutor from the Philadelphia U.S. Attorney's Office.
May 1997
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, has been invited to give the commencement
address at Chestnut Hill Academy's graduation ceremonies on
June 10, 1997. Mr. Lindy's address to the Class of '97 will
focus on the graduates' role as future leaders and will urge
them to pursue public service. Mr. Lindy is a sole practitioner
in Philadelphia, concentrating in criminal defense, commercial
litigation and civil rights matters. He is on the Board of
Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Executive
Committee of the Bar's Public Interest Section, and is the
Treasurer of the Criminal Law Committee of the Federal Bar
Association (Philadelphia Chapter).
January 1997
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, was appointed to the 1997 Board
of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Lindy
will serve a one-year term on the Bar's governing body as
the representative from the Public Interest Section. Mr. Lindy
also serves as a member of the Public Interest Section's Executive
Committee, is the Treasurer of the Criminal Law Committee
of the Federal Bar Association, and is a board member of the
Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr.
Lindy is a sole practitioner in Center City Philadelphia,
where he concentrates his practice in criminal defense and
commercial litigation.
