Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, was appointed by the Federal Public Defenders Office of the District of Delaware to be a faculty member of the Blue Ribbon Panel Training Seminar which will be conducted on December 12-13, 1997, in the federal District of Delaware. The Training Seminar was established by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware to educate and train trial attorneys newly approved by the Court to receive federal criminal court-appointments. Mr. Lindy and the Assistant Federal Defender in-charge of the Delaware Defenders' Office will lecture on criminal trial preparation and investigation, and trial techniques. Mr. Lindy is a sole practitioner in Philadelphia, concentrating his practice in criminal defense and commercial litigation. He is a former federal prosecutor from the Philadelphia U.S. Attorney's Office.
