Philadelphia Bar Association Appointment:
Co-Chair, Legislative Liaison Committee
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that he has been appointed by Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor John E. Savoth to serve as Co-Chair of the Association’s Legislative Liaison Committee. The Legislative Liaison Committee brings to the attention of Bar Association leaders various legislative and administrative matters of interest to the legal community. As Co-Chair, Mr. Lindy will be responsible for serving as liaison between members of the federal, state and local legislatures, legislative counsel of the Association, and the Association’s Divisions, Sections and Committees.
The law firm of Lindy & Tauber has offices in Philadelphia and Montgomery County and concentrates its practice in federal and state criminal defense, and commercial litigation. Mr. Lindy represents both corporate and individual clients during all phases of criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings. Mr. Lindy is a former federal prosecutor from the Philadelphia U.S. Attorney's Office and a former Assistant District Attorney from the Brooklyn D.A.'s Office.

Vice-Chair, Government Relations Committee
Jeffrey M. Lindy, Esquire, is pleased to announce that he has been appointed by Montgomery County Bar Association President, Donald J. Martin, to serve as Co-Chair of the Federal Court Practice Committee and Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Committee in 2012. These important standing Committees meet regularly to keep members updated on changes in the law specific to these practice areas, and serve as forums for networking and the exchange of information.
