white-collar crimes and engaging in political corruption,
health care and insurance fraud, and other complex financial
crimes, as well as more traditional state-court crimes
such as DUI, domestic disturbances, substance abuse offenses,

in his community and profession. Mr. Lindy has been a
leader on numerous boards,
committees and organizations, and has been particularly
active with the 14,000-member Philadelphia
Bar Association, where he was elected Chair of the
